BINGHAMTON, NY – The Binghamton Senators fell 3-2 in overtime during their opening game of the First Round Calder Cup Playoffs matchup against the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins. Binghamton took a 1-0 lead 6:06 into the first period when Cody Ceci ripped a shot from just inside the blue line that beat Wilkes-Barre/Scranton’s goaltender Peter Mannino cleanly. Patrick Mullen and Stephane Da Costa were credited with the assists on the power-play goal.
